ALFREDO A.  RIOS MERCEDES

He was born in Trujillo; 1974.He is an Official Tour Guide with 15 years of experience.
He is graduated from Instituto Superior Tecnológico Estatal “Trujillo” (1991- 1993) who specialized at Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (1997).He has studied English at Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteaméricano, and French at Alianza Francesa of Trujillo.

He currently works as a guide in the archaeological city of Chan Chan, and also works for the most important travel agencies in the northern Peru.He is a member of the Official Tour Guide Association in La Libertad (Asociación de Guías Oficiales de Turismo de La Libertad).

He has published the Tourist Guides: Trujillo del Perú (Sixth Edition, 2008) and Trujillo del Perú, a Treasure in Mud and Color (Fourth Edition in English, 2010), Trujillo de Barro y Color (2011). He is finishing the book, Treasures of the North: Cultures and Archaeological Sites
